Public Relations (PR) Manager

Job Summary: We’re looking for a PR Executive who can amplify Kapiva’s brand voice and strengthen its media presence. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners, while ensuring brand stories reach wider audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to convert press mentions, media features, and influencer shoutouts into impactful communication that drives credibility, visibility, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Media &Influencer Relations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and wellness industry publications.
- Coordinate with, partners, and stakeholders to amplify brand campaigns.
- Ensure timely outreach and responses to media queries, press releases, and product feature requests.

Brand Storytelling & Amplification

- Repurpose press mentions, media features, and influencer shoutouts into engaging PR content.
- Collaborate with social and content teams to ensure PR stories are integrated across digital channels.
- Position Kapiva as a thought leader in Ayurveda and modern wellness through compelling narratives.

Campaign Support & Strategy

- Support PR campaigns aligned with product launches, wellness initiatives, and brand activations.
- Identify opportunities for media coverage and proactive storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to ensure PR strategy complements overall brand campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track PR coverage and measure impact across earned media, influencer shoutouts, and social mentions.
- Share regular reports and insights on PR outcomes and opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations.
- Strong media network and ability to craft compelling press communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for wellness, health, and storytelling.
- Self-starter mindset, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
