About the Role The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive engagement. Responsibilities - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focusing on SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. - Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic. - Manage and monitor paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn. - Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. - Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with brand messaging. - Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. - Certification in Google Ads or SEO is a plus. Required Skills - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven results in SEO and paid media campaigns. - Proficiency in using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Gemini, with strong prompt generation skills to support research, content creation, and workflow automation. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, and WordPress. - Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Knowledge of A/B testing, tagging strategies, and audience segmentation. - Having exposure to working with multiple projects. Preferred Skills - Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms. - Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
