This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 2 years Location Gurugram JobType full-time We are looking for a talented and imaginative Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in animation multimedia and visual storytelling You will play a key role in producing engaging visual content that supports marketing sales and product initiatives Requirements Key Responsibilities Create product feature and promotional videos to drive awareness across sales presentations social media and digital campaigns Edit training demo and webinar recordings to ensure clarity engagement and brand consistency Design motion-based video intros outros and transitions for professional-grade video content Develop and manage a centralized library of video and design assets Design dynamic website visuals including product illustrations GIFs and micro-animations Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop supporting visual materials such as sales decks whitepapers case studies and reports Streamline recurring client marketing videos by creating reusable templates to reduce production time Requirements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Animation Multimedia Design or a related field 2-3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphic design or a similar creative role Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop and Figma Strong skills in storytelling storyboarding and managing design projects from concept to completion Experience in both brand design and motion graphics with a strong visual sense and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment A sharp eye for aesthetics composition and color balance
