Job Description:

The Site Merchandising Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of site merchandising tasks. The role will involve supporting the merchandising team in optimizing the online shopping experience by enhancing product visibility, updating promotional activities to enhance the online shopping experience, improving navigation and conversion rates.

- Executing the site merchandising calendar for multiple properties across FC platforms.

- This includes new product and season launches, cross-category placements, maintaining various site pages, developing and executing Firstcry site-wide events and search results.

- Accurately launch promotions on the website and app according to delivery dates and business needs

- Liaise with Marketing and Social Media for integrated content planning and execution.

- Liaison with Design team to create products catalogue/digital banners, special campaigns and more.

- Promotional Wireframe Planning: Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan and implement promotional wireframes on the website

- Image Selection: Work with the internal and design team to select high-quality images for product listings, banners, and promotional content, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and enhance customer engagement.

- Launch Online Promotions: Execute the launch of online promotions, ensuring timely and accurate implementation across the website and app

- Quality Assurance: Review listing and other pages on app and website for consistency and accuracy

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive execution of merchandising strategies.

- Collaborate with buying, creative, and content teams to ensure accurate and compelling product pages, including images, descriptions, and specifications
