MAKING DECARBONIZATION A REALITY

Mission:

We are looking for a QA/QC Professional to ensure quality assurance and control for civil activities and construction at our project sites. The role involves tracking quality documentation to meet PAC & FAC requirements and supervising compliance with agreed quality standards between Zelestra and contractors.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality systems for Solar & Wind projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor quality metrics to maintain adherence to design, engineering, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to identify and address non-conformities.
- Lead and mentor the Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) for effective quality execution.
- Act as the primary contact for all quality-related matters at the project site.
- Perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards, QA protocols, and solar project benchmarks.
- Review and verify work instructions, SOPs, and checklists for all site processes.
- Collaborate with Construction Managers, TPIA, and Department Heads to resolve issues.
- Maintain a comprehensive documentation tracker for audits, reports, and compliance logs.

Job Requirements:

- B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) with 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, including a minimum of 5 years in the Wind & Solar Renewable Industry.
- Diploma (Civil/Mechanical) with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in both Solar & Wind projects will be highly preferred.
