We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Sales Executive to join our team The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers building strong client relationships and driving sales of our premium soundproof window solutions This role requires a balance of fieldwork networking digital marketing and customer engagement to position our products as the go-to solution for noise reduction in residential commercial and institutional spaces Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Identify and generate leads through B2B and B2C channels including architects interior designers builders contractors and end-users Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose customized soundproof window solutions Prepare and deliver sales presentations product demonstrations and quotations Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Maintain CRM records of prospects leads and customer interactions Marketing Activities Plan and execute marketing campaigns digital offline to promote brand visibility and product awareness Participate in exhibitions trade shows BNI meetings and networking events Collaborate with marketing teams for brochures social media content and case studies Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts Provide after-sales support ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business Gather client feedback and coordinate with the production installation team for smooth project execution Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field 2-5 years of experience in sales marketing preferably in construction interiors or building materials industry Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools is an added advantage Ability to work independently and achieve targets Passion for customer-centric selling and networking Performance Metrics KPIs Monthly annual sales targets achieved Number of new leads generated and converted Growth in key accounts and repeat business Brand visibility through marketing campaigns and partnerships Compensation Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Travel allowance for client visits Opportunities for career growth in a fast-growing premium windows segment Training and development activities will be conducted from time to time Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Expected Start Date 05 10 2025
