Design and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering layers, and learning loops using Python. Develop model inference services using FastAPI/Flask and integrate them into backend workflows. Work with embeddings, vector search, and LLM APIs to enhance sourcing intelligence. Implement automated evaluation, monitoring, and retraining workflows for continuous learning. Contribute to backend components involving data ingestion, model-serving APIs, and ETL flows. Optimize MongoDB schemas and prepare feature stores for real-time inference. What We’re Looking For 2-3 years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering in production environments. Strong expertise with LightGBM/XGBoost, scikit-learn, and Python-based ML stack. Hands-on experience deploying ML models as APIs or microservices. Working knowledge of backend development using Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js. Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases. Comfort with MongoDB, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration. Strong debugging, experiment design, and model evaluation skills. Nice to Have Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools Experience with LLMs, rerankers, or recommendation systems. Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, W&B) and CI/CD pipelines. Why Join HireQuotient?
