Job Title: Delivery Manager Location: Bangalore Salary: Best in the Industry About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and delivery of projects and programs. You will lead large-scale initiatives, introduce new capabilities, and drive continuous improvement across products and platforms. This role involves managing technical delivery, coordinating internal and external development teams, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to translate product strategies into technology deliverables. Key Responsibilities - Work with business and data analysts to review requirements and propose optimal technical solutions for data ingestion and distribution tasks. - Design data extraction and transformation logic using ETL/ELT technologies, scripting languages, and open-source frameworks (Python, Airflow, AWS Data Wrangler, SageMaker, EMR, Glue, etc.). - Lead, mentor, and oversee development teams and vendors throughout the implementation of data pipelines and transformations. - Ensure timely execution and scheduling of all data jobs to maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency. - Build and monitor data quality metrics to proactively identify anomalies and pipeline issues. - Provide timely updates on progress, risks, and issues to managers, stakeholders, and leadership teams. - Evaluate new industry trends, technologies, and tools and provide recommendations to senior management. - Foster a collaborative culture of design reviews, code reviews, and test plan evaluations. - Enable data-driven decision-making by deriving actionable insights through proactive or algorithmic techniques. Technical Skills & Experience - Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT concepts, and related technologies. - Hands-on experience in Web Development, particularly with JavaScript frameworks. - Experience in Cloud Integrations, Security, ECS/EKS, API Gateways, Route53/F5, VPC/ELB, REST/SOAP. - Experience with Airflow, Glue, Lambdas, Redshift, using Python or Node.js. - Familiarity with API-based and batch-based data ingestion (REST APIs, GraphQL, CSV, ODBC). - Proficiency in GitHub, TravisCI, and modern CI/CD tools. - Strong knowledge of AWS services: API Gateway, SNS, SQS, Lambda. - Good understanding of Lambda and Kappa architecture patterns. - Experience working with complex datasets, data lakes, data warehouses. - Strong SQL skills with experience in Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, etc. - Proven experience managing and mentoring development teams in an outcome-driven environment.
