Location: Bengaluru (Remote/Hybrid)

The Opportunity: Be the Foundation of our Growth
This isn&apost your average SDR role. As our first sales hire, you will work directly with the founder to build our sales engine from the ground up. You will have a direct and immediate impact on our success. If you are ambitious, resilient, and want to learn how to build a company, this is the role for you. What You&aposll Do
- Research and identify high-potential startups and the key technical leaders within them (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, etc.).
- Clearly and concisely articulate our value proposition to technical prospects. You must build a solid technical understanding of our offer.
- The primary goal: book qualified discovery meetings for the founder.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate on improving messaging and targeting strategies
Who You Are
- An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal.
- You have incredible grit and are not discouraged by rejection. Cold outreach have 99% rejection rate.
- You are highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently. We don&apost have bandwidth to micromanage.
- You are curious, love to learn, and are passionate about technology and startups.
- You are coachable and eager to receive feedback to improve your skills.
- Bonus Points: You have some prior experience in a sales, B2B, Tech sales or lead generation roles
What We Offer
- Base Salary: 25,000-30,000 INR per month, based on experience.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: 10,000 INR bonus for every new customer signed, 1,000 INR for every qualified lead generated, with no cap on earning potential.
- Massive Growth Potential: You are getting in on the ground floor. As the company grows, you will have the first opportunity to grow into leadership roles (e.g., Head of Sales/Head of Growth/Cofounder)
