Citibank is looking for a Data Analyst Visualization specialist to join our team to build high performance Analytical Dashboards among others used by senior stakeholders across our franchise This Data Visualization Sr Analyst - will work within one or more teams across B I Data and the subject matter experts to design validate develop and deploy both minimum viable products MVP as well as ready to deploy solutions This role assesses evaluates and analyzes data challenges and provide recommendations on their resolution Requires in-depth understanding of data and reporting Requires good analytical skills to filter prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from various sources to monitor and certify authoritative data sources and remediate data concerns Responsibilities Work with the business and IT teams to build technical solutions using variety of data sources and create vivid and impactful analytical dashboard Design build and enhance high-performance data-intensive solution from all the way to data acquisition rendering visualization and distribution Build and enhance existing data quality process to ensure accuracy timeliness and completeness of various dashboard and reports Designs analyzes complex reports to satisfy management requirements Leads reengineering efforts in business s methodology strategy and organizational goals Manages overall projects and contributes to identifying solutions for business reporting issues Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower-level personnel in processes and procedures of the team Influences strategic functional decisions through advice counsel or provided services that have direct impact on the business Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made demonstrating particular consideration for the firm s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws rules and regulations adhering to Policy applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior conduct and business practices and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency Qualifications 5-8 years of experience Banking or Finance industry preferred Must have broad understanding of the business technology landscape the ability to design reports and strong analytical skills Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives Excellent understanding of SQL Python Tableau or Power BI Know how to read write to database systems such as SQL NoSQL Object Storage with ability to work with various data formats Experience with the ETL processes and Task Job Schedulers and ability to troubleshoot technical issues on your own Must have good foundation on Data Science key concepts and various libraries Adaptable creative resourceful well organized team player with a strong work ethics Communicates effectively develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences able to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels Effective collaborator by being able to build relationship and partnership s with others to meet shared objective Experience in managing and implementing successful projects Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications Word Excel PowerPoint Education Bachelor s University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed Other job-related duties may be assigned as required Job Family Group Data GovernanceJob Family Data Quality Data Quality Analytics and ReportingTime Type Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability or status as a protected veteran Citigroup Inc and its subsidiaries Citi invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and or apply for a career opportunity review View the poster View the View the View the
