Of je nu verblijft in het hoofdgebouw of in Hoeve Zuid, we zorgen er op de different manier voor dat jouw verblijf onvergetelijk wordt. Doorheen de hele abdij ontdek je de 900 jaar oude rijke geschiedenis. Rolduc heeft 160 kamers en ruim 30 event spaces die elke voor ieder type event ingericht kunnen worden: van een residentile seminarie, bruiloften of personeelsfeesten tot exclusieve events. Daarnaast is Abdij Hotel Rolduc gelegen aan de grens met Belgi en Duitsland en in het prachtige Zuid-Limburg dat tal van mogelijkheden biedt Het team van Abdij Hotel Rolduc is op zoek naar een sous chef die gastvrijheid in zijn/haar bloed heeft zitten. Wij zijn een hecht team en daarnaast zijn we een beetje eigenzinnig, ambitieus maar vooral een echte pack of wolves. Wij zijn onderdeel van Different Hotels en de Van Melick Catering Group. Jouw Functie - Je levert een professionele, efficinte en flexibele service. - Mise en place. - Bereiden van voor-, hoofd- en nagerechten tijdens lunch & diner. - Input geven voor nieuwe gerechten en/of menu's. - Het uitvoeren en bewaken van de H.A.C.C.P. Functievereisten - Beschikt over een koks/SVH opleiding. - Je hebt relevante ervaring als zelfstandige kok / chef de partie is een pr. - Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Een extra taal zoals Duits en/of Frans is een pr. - Houdt van gestructureerd werken en werkt zeer gedetailleerd. - Je bent zakelijk ingesteld, representatief en bezit sterke communicatieve vaardigheden - Je hebt een brede ontwikkeling en affiniteit met gastronomie & de hotelbranche in een internationaal kader. - Schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende werk situaties. - Je bent flexibel, pro-actief en klantgericht. - Weekenddagen zijn voor jou ook regelmatig een werkdag. - Je hebt ervaring met de inzet van jonge medewerkers & stagiaires. - Bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs. - Je bent woonachtig in Limburg.
