Job Summary
This role is responsible for building scalable programmatic access for advertisers and driving revenue from automated channels. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SSPs, DSPs, deal mechanics, and programmatic workflows, with the ability to combine strategic leadership and execution excellence, while leading programmatic monetization across multiple inventory formats, including open and private marketplaces.
About the team
The SMB Indirect team builds scaled, low-touch growth engines for SMB advertisers through Programmatic, Self-Serve, Partnerships, and Performance initiatives.
Its mandate is to unlock incremental revenue by expanding reach, simplifying access, and driving measurable outcomes for advertisers at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Programmatic Monetization Strategy - Own strategy and execution for PG/PMP monetization with key programmatic partners Define roadmap and track business impact from programmatic initiatives. Deliver measurable revenue growth from programmatic channelsCollaborate for a cohesive programmatic GTM with the direct sales teams
- Yield & Revenue Optimization - Manage yield, floor pricing, and advertiser controls across formats including CTV, mobile, and web. Partner with platform and product teams to improve yield, access, and scalability. Achieve improved pacing, optimization, and overall yield performance.
- Ecosystem Partnerships - Build and manage strong relationships with SSPs and ecosystem partners. Collaborate with DSPs to ensure efficient access and demand growth. Strengthen partnerships to expand reach and enhance inventory monetization.
- Advertiser Adoption - Drive adoption of programmatic channels among SMB advertisers. Enable education, onboarding, and support to expand advertiser participation. Achieve higher adoption rates across SMB and enterprise advertisers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with sales, revenue, and product teams to ensure programmatic channels meet business objectives. Provide insights on programmatic trends, regulatory updates, and best practices. Ensure successful integration of programmatic workflows across CTV, mobile, and web.
Skills & Attributes for success:
- Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, PG/PMP deal mechanics, and Open Exchange workflows.
- Experience working with ad servers, programmatic infrastructure, and log-level data.Analytical mindset with comfort in revenue diagnostics, pacing, and optimization.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external tech partners.
- Ability to translate technical programmatic processes into business outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving and executional rigor.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media monetization.
- Proven track record in managing yield, floor pricing, and advertiser controls across CTV, mobile, and web.
- Exposure to video/CTV and performance-driven programmatic campaigns.
- Familiarity with the Indian and/or global programmatic ecosystem.
