What You'll Own - Manage the end-to-end sales cyclefrom prospecting to closure. - Own and grow revenue from D2C brands for GoKwik's Kwik Checkout and allied products. - Engage with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers to co-create solutions and build trust. - Partner with cross-functional teams to align client requirements with product capabilities. - Demonstrate deep understanding of product features to articulate business impact clearly. - Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious revenue and growth targets. - Build long-term, profitable relationships with both new and existing clients. Who You Are - 47 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the D2C or eCommerce ecosystem. - Strong network in the D2C ecosystem; experienced in selling to senior leadership. - Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in high-growth environments. - Excellent consultative selling, storytelling, value-based selling, and negotiation skills. - Comfortable navigating and selling nascent, evolving product categories. - Confident, high ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to thrive in ambiguity. - Deep understanding of D2C marketer mindset and decision-making levers. - Willing to travel within and outside the region as required.
