What Is The Role We are looking for a highly motivated Delivery Assurance Manager to join our Services organization to assure Services partners across EMEA, Asia and ANZ. This role is responsible for building an expert ecosystem of partners who collaborate with our consulting teams to deliver valuable outcomes for our customers. The Delivery Assurance Manager will be the central point of contact for the professional services partner ecosystem, reporting to the EMEA practice lead and responsible for the entire partner lifecycle from identification and onboarding to supplier performance management. The ideal candidate for this role possesses a blend of relationship management, commercial acumen, and strategic insight. What You Will Be Doing - Relationship & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both external partners and internal collaborators. This includes acting as the primary contact for any partner concerns. Coordinate regular monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals. - Performance & Quality Assurance: Track and monitor partner performance against key performance indicators and service level agreements (SLAs). Collect and provide objective feedback to partners to drive continuous improvement in service quality. - Enablement & Expertise Management: Ensure delivery teams and partners maintain up-to-date skills, training, and certifications across technologies. Bring back insights from partners regarding market trends, and standard methodologies to inform internal strategy. - Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation: Run contracts in a proactive and commercially focused manner, ensuring all supplier assurance and due diligence activities are up to date. This includes supporting the negotiating of pricing terms and optimizing contract costs. What You Bring - Professional Experience: A demonstrated ability in partner management, business development, or a related role within the IT or SaaS industry. Extensive experience with contract management, including performance, service level and key metrics management, is crucial. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and active listening skills are essential for building trust and navigating complex partnerships. - Experience of handling a variety of interested parties and work autonomously as a safe pair of hands is highly valued. - Technical Savvy: A solid understanding of the SaaS landscape and professional services business models is required. - Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce. - Analytical Approach: The ideal candidate must have a strategic approach and the ability to employ data to drive decision-making and analyze sophisticated performance information. - Flexibility on working time to support team members across Asia, EMEA and ANZ.
