Role Overview You'll be the Founders' Associate, a doer, organizer, coordinator, and the person who makes things happen behind the scenes. You'll work directly with the co-founders and support in operations, admin, scheduling, internal coordination, and general problem-solving. This is a high-trust, high-learning role, perfect for someone who wants to see how real businesses are built from the inside. Key Responsibilities This is not a backseat role. If you're looking to "just assist", this isn't it. - Create and clean up documents, reports, decks, checklists, and summaries - Manage founders' calendars, schedules, and task tracking. - Maintain records, receipts, and track our compliance. - Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to keep things moving on time. - Handle purchases, inventory, and office supplies efficiently. - Keep sensitive information private, and everything else ultra-organized Who We're Looking For You don't need to have all the answers, just the mindset to find them. - Bachelor's degree (BBA / preferred, but open to all disciplines) - Freshers welcome - Quick learner with high follow-through - Enjoy organizing, planning, and checking things off - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, and learning new tools - Accounting knowledge is a plus Benefits - Experience in running operations and executing strategy across stakeholders - Learning and growth in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a lean, dynamic team. - Full-time role - Friendly, fast-paced environment with growth potential.
