Description

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our systems to enhance business efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and implement system solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct system testing and validation processes.
- Prepare documentation and reports on system performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in systems analysis or a related role.
- Proficient in SQL and database management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with system modeling and design tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
