Senior ProfessionalJob Posting Title Risk Assurance - Senior ProfessionalLocation ThaneWhat does a successful Risk Assurance - Senior Professional do at FISERV To enhance regional risk control governance program Issue Management and Reporting Audit Facilitation Risk Consulting Disaster Recovery - Leads the execution of Data Centre Disaster Recovery exercises What will you do ERC program Identify monitor and articulate top risks business concerns and critical processes Lead execution of risk assessments and scenario analysis on LOB utilizing ERM tools Active engagement and monitoring in business strategy and objectives through proactive risk management and engagement with other risk domains e g new product acquisitions disposals Issue Management and Reporting Demonstrate expert knowledge on the policies and requirements for Issue Management and impart guidance training as required Gather and Provide information on ERM programs on risk identification tolerance and metrics including highlighting any specific matters where senior stakeholder support is required Audit Facilitation Establishes and maintains internal and external client vendor and internal stakeholder relationships where relevant Active engagement in handling internal audits and co-ordination with the relevant stakeholders to address the requirements on a timely basis and to the required client audit standards Successfully balancing the Fiserv policy requirements re sharing of evidences and client regulator demands Escalating to senior Fiserv management on a timely basis any potential areas of disconnect Reporting status of ongoing audits reviews to senior management and at governance forums Risk Consulting Possess and apply comprehensive risk knowledge to the completion of complex assignments Responsibilities and impact may crossover to other job groups and functions Provides overall direction for complex activities -
