Job Title: Telecaller Location: TTA, Chinchwad, Pune Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (as applicable) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team at TTA Chinchwad. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information about our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers or students (depending on company focus). Explain company products, services, or training programs clearly and persuasively. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently. Follow up on interested leads through calls, emails, or messages. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions. Work closely with the sales or admission team to ensure smooth communication. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate (any stream). Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred (not mandatory). Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience). Performance-based incentives.
