The Client Merchandising Head is responsible for supporting and guiding the client merchandising team in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients He will ensure timely and effective communication resolve conflicts and identify opportunities to increase revenue from current customers The role involves overseeing client correspondence project coordination and reinforcing strong long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and revenue growth Key Tasks and Activities Client Relationship Managemento Support the client merchandiser team in building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients o Oversee correspondence to ensure professional timely and clear communication o Conduct periodic reviews with key clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences o Develop strategies for customer engagement and loyalty enhancement Query Resolution Order Processingo Guide the team in responding promptly to client queries clarifications and issues raised via email or calls o Support in processing new orders from existing clients ensuring accuracy and timely delivery o Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order status updates and delivery schedules o Ensure client expectations are managed effectively and exceeded wherever possible Revenue Growth from Existing Clientso Implement initiatives to upsell cross-sell and introduce new products or collections to clients o Monitor client order patterns and revenue trends to identify growth opportunities o Support the team in developing personalized strategies for key accounts to increase the ticket size annually Conflict Resolution Customer Satisfactiono Address and resolve client issues or conflicts proactively maintaining a positive client experience o Collect and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement o Ensure escalated issues are handled with professionalism building trust and loyalty Job Type Full-time Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
