We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, understanding vehicle features, and guiding customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process.Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction & Sales Greet and engage walk-in and online customers professionally. Understand customer needs, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. Provide detailed information about available models, specifications, features, and pricing. Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations to highlight performance and features. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry to delivery. 2. Product Knowledge & Promotion Maintain deep knowledge of all available vehicle models, trims, color options, and add-ons. Stay updated on new launches, offers, finance schemes, and promotional campaigns. Explain product comparisons and help customers understand the value and benefits of each option. 3. Documentation & Process Handling Assist customers with paperwork related to booking, financing, insurance, and registration. Ensure all customer documents are collected and verified as per company policy. Coordinate with internal teams (finance, insurance, delivery) to ensure a smooth process. 4. Lead Management & Follow-Up Follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, website inquiries, events, or referrals. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel sheets. Re-engage previous customers for new purchases, upgrades, or service reminders. 5. Team Collaboration & Reporting Work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer updates to the Sales Manager.
