Lead Product Manager within Targeting Analytics Product Management team with proven experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis to support the evolution and expansion of the Merchant Analytics product suite This person will play a key role in driving all product management activities including product development lifecycle management go-to-market strategy as well as creating sales and delivery materials that play a key role in sales and delivery enablement The person would have to work hands-on with designers and engineers to design and build products and solutions based on our analytics consulting workProduct Management in Data Services at Mastercard Build revolutionary products that advance how businesses all over the world derive the most value from their data assetsTranslate a deep understanding of our customers into products and solutions that drive significant customer valueBalance the long-term direction of a product with todayxe2x80x99s needs and constraints by fully understanding the technical competitive and commercial contexts of our productsAct as connectors to ensure the commercial success of our products by working with Sales and Marketing while ensuring technical success through close partnership with Technology teamsDrive globally-relevant solutions by understanding regional needs and tradeoffs and build scalable products that serve an array of customer segmentsSet product direction with coordination not isolationxe2x80x94taking into account how our products all work together to serve customer needsRoleDevelop product strategies and roadmaps to execute delivery of merchant analytics products based on customer demand and market competitive trendsPlay a key role in rolling out new analytic products and solutions to drive Smarter Decisions and Better Outcomes for our customersDefines business and technical requirements and partner with Engineering Design and Program management teams to support existing product enhancements and new product launchesBuild motivate and lead direct and cross-functional teams leveraging trust-based relationships to deliver an efficient operating modelSupport regional and frontline teams as a product expert developing sales enablement materials providing training and supporting customer conversations where neededEstablish and drive product management disciplines across the product lifecycle e g Studio framework Agile development and product quality ensuring product readiness across Technology Delivery Product and GTM perspectivesLead the Product Operations Team to constantly improve automate and deliver merchant analytics products to our customersNavigate across cultures and geographies communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and leverage strong relationships with key groups across Mastercard to gain support and buy-in for key decisionsBuild strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goalsDrive institutionalized knowledge through the use of consistent documentation e g support documents across all processes to support knowledge management and ensure consistency and repeatability across projectsAll About YouExperience with Agile product management experience in analytical products and business intelligence solutions would be preferredexperience with analytical solutions and should have strong data analysis skills using various tools like SQL and Python for data analysisAnalytical solutions-oriented skillset with the ability to drive execution and push deliverables forwardDesire to grow your strategic mind set to solve complex and ambiguous problemStrong communication influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders with ability to clearly articulate problem statements and opportunity areasStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop product and engineering talentAn excellent team player with the ability to collaborate
