We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Manager of Product Management to join our dynamic team at Cornerstone OnDemand.
In this role, you will lead and shape our product strategy, manage a team of
product managers, and drive the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge
learning management products. As a Manager, you will work closely with
cross-functional teams to ensure our products align with customer needs and
market trends while maintaining Cornerstone's commitment to innovation and
excellence.

+ **Product Strategy:** Develop andexecute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company'svision, goals, and market demands.
+ **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, andmanage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaborationand high performance.
+ **Product Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch,and beyond, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
+ **Market Analysis:** Conduct in-depthmarket research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitivelandscapes, and use this information to drive product innovation.
+ **Customer Focus:** Act as the voice ofthe customer, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectationswhile enhancing user experience.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams todeliver exceptional products and solutions.
+ **Roadmap Planning:** Create andmaintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based onmarket needs, business objectives, and customer feedback.
+ **Quality Assurance:** Ensure thehighest quality standards for product delivery, including rigorous testingand quality control processes.
+ **Compliance:** Stay informed aboutindustry regulations and standards and ensure that our products adhere toall necessary compliance requirements.

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field.
+ 10+ Years of proven experience in product management, with a strong trackrecord of successfully launching and managing software products.
+ Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
+ Deep understanding of learning management solutions is a plus.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the abilityto make data-driven decisions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
+ Strategic thinking, with the ability to create and execute aclear product vision.
+ Results-oriented and committed to meeting and exceeding companyobjectives.
+ Knowledge of agile development methodologies and productmanagement tools.
