Trainer Sourcer

Job Description

Job Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Location: Gotri, Vadodara

Key Responsibilities

Understand client training requirements and identify suitable trainers accordingly using portals like Naukri/LinkedIn

Maintain and expand a network of freelance, contract-based, and vendor trainers across domains like: o Information Technology (Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.) o Soft Skills (Communication, Leadership, etc.) o Other IT-related and functional training areas

Evaluate trainer profiles based on experience, certifications, delivery skills, and training outcomes. Conduct initial screening calls and capability assessments.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to schedule trainer interviews & demos.

Maintain accurate and updated records of trainer interactions, contracts, and feedback in internal databases.

Continuously build a pipeline of trainers based on anticipated and recurring training needs.

Support vendor/trainer relationship management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Some experience in recruitment, L&D coordination, vendor management, or training operations preferred.

Understanding of technical and non-technical training domains.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
