Role Overview

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Specialist who can translate complex B2B SaaS financial concepts into compelling visual narratives. You&aposll create high-quality motion assets that effectively communicate Deepvue&aposs product value proposition and brand personality to technical and business audiences. Your work will span product explainer videos, web animations, in-product micro-interactions, sales materials, and social contentall designed to make sophisticated financial technology concepts accessible and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Concept Development & Storyboarding

- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Product, and Sales teams to develop concepts that align with user needs and business objectives
- Create storyboards that translate complex financial technology concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives
- Present and justify your visual approaches to cross-functional stakeholders

SaaS-Focused Motion Design & Animation

- Produce polished 2D/2.5D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and UI animations that demonstrate financial product workflows
- Create short product demos (15-90s) that highlight feature functionality in a B2B SaaS context
- Develop animations that enhance user understanding of data visualization and complex financial processes

UI/UX Motion Systems

- Develop consistent animation systems, templates, and design tokens that enhance the product user experience
- Create micro-interactions that improve usability and provide visual feedback in the interface
- Collaborate with product designers to ensure animations support rather than distract from core functionality

Brand Consistency & Evolution

- Ensure all animations adhere to Deepvue&aposs brand guidelines while evolving our motion language
- Develop a consistent motion style that reinforces our position as a trusted financial technology partner
- Create animations that convey precision, security, and reliabilitycritical attributes for financial software

Technical Implementation & Handoff

- Work effectively with product designers and engineers to implement animations in web and mobile applications
- Provide Lottie/JSON exports with proper documentation for developer implementation
- Create organized asset libraries and style guides for consistent implementation

Asset Optimization & Management

- Deliver properly sized and optimized files for various platforms (web, mobile, social, event displays)
- Maintain an accessible library of motion assets, source files, and templates
- Ensure animations perform efficiently across various devices and platforms

Project Management & Iteration

- Manage multiple concurrent projects with different stakeholders and timelines
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and track versions using project management tools
- Analyze asset performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and conversion

Hiring Process

1. Portfolio review (required)
2. 30-45-minute panel interview with design and product/marketing teams
3. Assignment: 1-3 day task to produce a short motion concept or animate a supplied UI screen

Required Technical Skills

- Adobe After Effects (expert level)
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (strong proficiency)
- Figma/Sketch for UI asset production
- Experience with Lottie/Bodymovin exports
- Video editing and production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Interested in integrating cutting-edge AI tools into our workflows

Required Business & Design Skills

- Understanding of B2B SaaS user experience and interfaces
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple visual stories
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and clean visual design
- Clear communication skills, especially with non-design stakeholders
- Experience working in iterative, feedback-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

1. 1-2+ years of professional motion graphics experience, with B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise product marketing background
2. Portfolio featuring product explainers, UI/UX animations, and brand-led motion pieces
3. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or prior collaboration with frontend engineers & the UIX team.
4. Prior work in fintech, banking, or risk/AI products
5. Experience creating accessible motion designs, including reduced-motion alternatives
6. Familiarity with audio design production
