We are looking for a creatively driven person who is an advanced user of photoshop, illustrator, and Aftereffects to work as a Motion designer in Quantiphi's creative team to produce impactful animated explainer videos and support various digital marketing campaigns.Role : Motion Graphic Designer / AnimatorTitle : Marketing Specialist - DesignExperience Required : 1+ yearsSkills Required (must) : Adobe After Effect, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe IllustratorSkills Required (good to have) : Autodesk 3ds Max, Maxon Cinema 4 D Assignment:In order to have your application considered, please work on the below assignment and submit it here - Eo Mp469hig Gb4c ATask -Create a 10-sec animated video with a dummy voiceover of the following line -"Digitization has blurred the distance between the digital and the physical world over the last decade"We will be looking at your storyboard skills, animation skills, and usage of color and music.You are free to use any colors and music to set the tone and mood.Job Requirements:Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software like Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.Some experience with 3ds Max and Cinema 4 D can be a good asset to have. The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills.Ability to respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and stakeholder feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations.Job Responsibilities:Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, solution explainers, marketing demos, etc.)Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic project.Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.Work with the creative lead and writer to understand project scope and objectives.Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.Work with other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.Assist in designing and creating storyboards.Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.Note: Along with your resume, please share your Work Portfolio, like Behance Profile / others.
