Job Description Cloud Leader - CloudOps Experience : 8 to 10 years B.Sc Computers, BE, B.Tech or with equivalent experience Location : Mangalore (Onsite) Skills Required - 5+ years of technical lead or technical project management experience in cloud-based environments. - Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Cloud Operations or Cloud Migration. - Strong understanding of Cloud Services. - Proficient with ticketing tools like Jira SM, ServiceNow, Freshservice. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong knowledge of ITIL process. - Strong hands-on experience with GCP services: - BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, Dataproc, Cloud Functions. - Programming languages: Python, SQL (must-have). - Data orchestration: Apache Airflow / Cloud Composer. - Streaming & batch data processing: Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataproc. - Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform (IaC). - Data modeling and performance optimization for large datasets. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Roles and Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of GCP-based cloud initiatives using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies. - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. - Strong knowledge of ITIL process. - Provide GCP technical leadership in projects involving infrastructure & data analytics. - Work with solution architects, developers, and cloud engineers to design and implement scalable, secure GCP solutions. - Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and ensure stakeholder alignment. Additional Requirements - GCP certifications Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect) - Optional. - Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe)- Optional. - ITIL Certification - Optional.
