UNIFOST understands that choosing an online course can be confusing, which is why we aim to simplify the journey for those aiming to upskill, complete their degree, or explore new career paths. Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and empathetic Career Counsellors who are passionate about education and student success. As a counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for students looking to pursue online undergraduate or postgraduate degree programs. Your role will be to understand their academic background, guide them with suitable program options, and assist in completing the admission process smoothly. Salary: Rs 25,000 - Rs 40,000 per month Plus Incentive Key Responsibilities: - Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and messaging platforms. - Understand student profiles, aspirations, and educational background. - Counsel students on suitable online Degree programs (Graduation & Post-Graduation) as per their eligibility and interests. - Explain university features, course structure, fees, and career outcomes. - Coordinate the complete admission process including documentation and application submissions. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely enrolment and student satisfaction. Achieve daily and monthly targets in line with the organization's goals. Qualifications - Education: Graduate in any stream. - Experience: Minimum 2 years oh experience in Sales preferred experience in EdTech (Degree segment). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse student profiles. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset. - Basic understanding of higher education systems and online learning platforms is a plus.
