Job Description Job Title: Associate Technical Content Developer (ATCD) Location: Hyderabad (On-site)Job Type: Full-TimeWorking Days: 5 About The Role At NxtWave, as an Associate Technical Content Developer (ATCD), you will play a key role in creating and enhancing industry-relevant learning content for students. This role involves developing engaging educational materials, ensuring curriculum relevance, and contributing to continuous content improvement. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that enhance learners skills and employability. Key Responsibilities - Assist the Technical Content Developer (TCD) in creating high-quality, structured, and accurate content across multiple formatstext, video scripts, presentations, and projects. - Support the research, design, and refinement of technical learning content to ensure accuracy and industry relevance. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to align content with learning objectives. - Contribute to the development of curriculum outlines, learning roadmaps, and assessments. - Ensure all materials are optimized for different learning formats and platforms. - Participate in content review cycles, incorporating feedback and suggesting improvements. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance content quality. - Independently handle smaller content projects while maintaining alignment with overall curriculum standards. Skills & Qualifications Core Technical Expertise - Strong understanding of Deep Learning concepts Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs, GANs, Transfer Learning, etc. - Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or MXNet. - Proficiency in Python and related libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn. - Solid foundation in Mathematics for Machine Learning Linear Algebra, Probability, Statistics, and Optimization. - Experience in building and training deep learning models for various applications (image classification, NLP, speech recognition, etc.). Content & Curriculum Skill - Experience in content creation, including video lectures, assignments, quizzes, and student projects. - Ability to structure and organize technical content clearly and logically. - Strong pedagogical understanding to make complex concepts accessible for different learner levels. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with instructors, curriculum designers, and technical teams.
