Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling client communications, resolving client issues, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The Relationship Manager will also develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Client relationship management and customer service experience
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Project management and coordination skills
- Sales and business development experience
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
