We make real what matters. About the role:

Candidate responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and safety of rectifier systems and Extra High Voltage (EHV) substations. This role ensures uninterrupted power supply, optimal equipment performance, and compliance with regulatory standards.Supervise daily operations of EHV substations,Execute switching operations and coordinate with load dispatch centers,Monitor SCADA systems and respond to alarms and faults.Operate and maintain rectifier units,ensure voltage regulation, load sharing, and system reliability,Troubleshoot issues in DC power system,

Job profile:

1.Should be well capable to handle the site manpower, contractor manpower, meeting customer KPI's and fulfil customer requirements.

2.Should strictly adhere to EHS guidelines. Also, should be well aware about the recent industry standards rules of safety, PTW, LOTO process, etc. and expert in preparing EHS documents.

3.On site Planning and execution of Periodic Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance with trouble shooting capabilities of 400/220/132kV Power Transformer, Breaker, CT, PT, Control panel, Relays, ACDB, SCADA, Battery with Battery charger.

4.SCADA, protection systems, relay coordination, transformer diagnostics

5.Execute switching operations and coordinate with load dispatch centers,Monitor SCADA systems and respond to alarms and faults.

6.Operate and maintain rectifier units,ensure voltage regulation, load sharing, and system reliability,Troubleshoot issues in DC power system,

1. Candidate with bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical), Min. 6 to 9 years of experience in field of Rectifier Operation & EHV substations Operation with at least 2 years of experience in responsible position
2. Very good technical know-how on AIS/GIS substation configurations.
3. Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Power Points
4. Excellent written & verbal communication, presentation skills.
5. Candidate should have sound knowledge in the Rectifier substation operation and maintenance activities, Customer handling, electrical trouble shooting.
6. Candidate with Supervisory license is preferred
