Role: Copywriter Company: AMINU - A New-age Beauty & Wellness Brand Location: Mumbai, India Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (On-Site, 6-day week) Salary Range: INR 5-8 Lacs Per Annum The Opportunity We're seeking a Copywriter who can transform complex ideas into clear, emotionally resonant language. This role is not just about writing its about becoming the voice of AMINU across platforms and formats. You'll work directly with our co-founder and creative team to shape everything from Instagram captions to campaign headlines to product packaging. If you love words, but care more about how they feel than how they sound this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Your core scope will include: Brand Voice & Writing Craft: - Own AMINUs written tone across all content formats digital, print, packaging, and internal - Translate strategy into copy that feels human-first, not ad-first - Adapt brand voice across platforms: Instagram, email, website, brochures, retail, and beyond Collaboration & Execution: - Work closely with designers, content creators, and founders to co-develop visuals + copy - Participate in creative concepting, campaign development, and script writing - Review and refine all external-facing copy for alignment and clarity Iteration & Growth: - Learn from campaign performance and evolve copy accordingly - Maintain a shared copy bank of phrases, tones, and principles that scale AMINUs language - Be the final eye on anything that goes public — every comma, every feeling What You’ll Bring - 2–5 years of experience as a brand copywriter, preferably in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C - Strong grasp of tone, narrative flow, and brand storytelling - Confidence in writing both long-form (blogs, scripts) and microcopy (labels, posts) - Attention to nuance — your words reflect intention, not just ideas - Comfort working closely with founders and multi-disciplinary teams - A desire to craft, not churn — you’re patient with your process, and protective of your voice Bonus Points For - Experience working in skincare, wellness, or editorial brands - A strong personal portfolio across different formats (social, packaging, brand books) - Familiarity with performance copy, but with a soulful twist - Prior collaboration with in-house design teams or founder-led brands What Will Make You Thrive Here - You love writing — and editing even more - You can switch tone but stay on-brand - You listen deeply before you write — context guides your craft - You’re as comfortable with blank pages as you are with feedback loops - You believe good copy doesn’t shout — it resonates Why Join Us - Creative Depth: Shape the voice of a brand that truly cares - Founder Access: Collaborate directly with decision-makers and research leads - Multi-Format Storytelling: From posts to product, influence every touchpoint - Culture of Clarity: Calm, clear, and craft-first work rhythm - Personal Growth: Learn from thoughtful feedback and build a lasting portfolio Work Setup - Location: On-site at AMINU HQ, Kandivali West, Mumbai - Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 10 AM – 7 PM We’re an Inclusive Team AMINU is an equal opportunity employer.
