This role is not just about writing its about becoming the voice of AMINU across platforms and formats. You'll work directly with our co-founder and creative team to shape everything from Instagram captions to campaign headlines to product packaging.If you love words, but care more about how they feel than how they sound this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesYour core scope will include:Brand Voice & Writing Craft:Own AMINUs written tone across all content formats digital, print, packaging, and internalTranslate strategy into copy that feels  human-first , not ad-firstAdapt brand voice across platforms: Instagram, email, website, brochures, retail, and beyondCollaboration & Execution:Work closely with designers, content creators, and founders to co-develop visuals + copyParticipate in creative concepting, campaign development, and script writingReview and refine all external-facing copy for alignment and clarityIteration & Growth:Learn from campaign performance and evolve copy accordinglyMaintain a shared copy bank of phrases, tones, and principles that scale AMINUs languageBe the final eye on anything that goes public — every comma, every feelingWhat You’ll Bring2–5 years of experience as a brand copywriter, preferably in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or D2 CStrong grasp of  tone ,  narrative flow , and brand storytellingConfidence in writing both  long-form  (blogs, scripts) and  microcopy  (labels, posts)Attention to nuance — your words reflect intention, not just ideasComfort working closely with  founders  and  multi-disciplinary teamsA desire to  craft, not churn  — you’re patient with your process, and protective of your voiceBonus Points ForExperience working in skincare, wellness, or editorial brandsA strong personal portfolio across different formats (social, packaging, brand books)Familiarity with performance copy, but with a soulful twistPrior collaboration with in-house design teams or founder-led brandsWhat Will Make You Thrive HereYou love writing — and  editing  even moreYou can switch tone but stay on-brandYou listen deeply before you write — context guides your craftYou’re as comfortable with blank pages as you are with feedback loopsYou believe good copy doesn’t shout — it resonatesWhy Join UsCreative Depth:  Shape the voice of a brand that truly caresFounder Access:  Collaborate directly with decision-makers and research leadsMulti-Format Storytelling:  From posts to product, influence every touchpointCulture of Clarity:  Calm, clear, and craft-first work rhythmPersonal Growth:  Learn from thoughtful feedback and build a lasting portfolioWork SetupLocation: On-site at AMINU HQ, Kandivali West, MumbaiSchedule: Monday–Saturday | 10 AM – 7 PMWe’re an Inclusive TeamAMINU is an equal opportunity employer.
