For hosts, Homefnb provides the platform, tools, and visibility to monetize their cooking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate collaborations and partnerships.

Conduct regular follow-ups on action items, deadlines, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Draft and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), capturing key discussions, decisions, and next steps.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for easy access and compliance.

Handle all administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

Manage correspondence, such as emails, phone calls, and inquiries, with professionalism and efficiency.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making processes.

Assist in project management, including tracking progress, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, or potential partners as needed.

Organize events, workshops, or team-building activities to foster engagement.

Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes.

Provide general operational support to enhance team productivity and workflow.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role (2+ years preferred).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or project management software

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
