📌 Job Opening: Purchase Manager – Garment Industry Company: Ragnik Exports Pvt. Ltd. Location: Gurgaon Infocity sec-34 Joining Date: Immediate Salary: As per interview & experience 🔹 Key Requirements - Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Purchase Executive/Manager in the garment or apparel industry. - Strong experience working on ERP systems – preferably WFX or BlueKaktus. - Excellent knowledge of vendor management, material sourcing, and cost negotiation. - Ability to manage purchase planning, order follow-ups, and timely material availability. - Proficiency in T&A (Time & Action tracking). - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Should be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 🔹 Job Responsibilities - Oversee the complete purchasing process for raw materials, trims and accessories. - Evaluate and approve vendor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards. - Manage and maintain ERP records (WFX/BlueKaktus) for purchase orders, GRNs, and inventory. - Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure material timelines are met. - Develop strong vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance. - Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays. - Monitor purchase budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality. 🔹 What We Offer - Competitive salary (based on interview and experience) - Growth opportunities within a fast-growing garment manufacturing setup - Supportive, professional work culture
