Key Deliverables:

1. Production Planning

- Oversee Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) activities for the ANDA and ROW markets.
- Ensure efficient production scheduling, inventory optimization, and timely delivered to meet regulatory and market requirements.
- Developed and implemented demand forecasting model to accurately predict demand within ±5%, enabling a strategic inventory buffer/ safety of 90 days.
- Leaded weekly S & OP meetings, gained consensus across sales, supply chain and finance team with accuracy rates over 90%
- Streamline replenishment & procurement strategies, improved on time delivery performance

2.SOURCING

- Planning & Purchase of RM/PM / API based on requirements.
- Vendor follow up for RM/PM / FG delivery on given stipulated for smooth operations.
- Import of API/Excipients
- Export of Finished products

3. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

- RM/PM / FG Inventory Management, nearby stock expiry liquidation

Ideal Incumbent:

- Expert in PPC of contract manufacturing/LL's ,TP's sites.Planning & Purchase of RM , PM , API, Resource utilization, vendor management.Exposure to SAP.
- Awareness of Purchasing KPIs.
- Exposure to SAP.

Remuneration: 15LPA
