CLIENT: Leading Pharmaceutical organization in in Cardiology, Oncology and Diabetes segments.Business spans across India and regulated markets like US, Europe and developing markets of Africa and Asia.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Production Planning
  • Oversee Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) activities for the ANDA and ROW markets.
  • Ensure efficient production scheduling, inventory optimization, and timely delivered to meet regulatory and market requirements.
  • Developed and implemented demand forecasting model to accurately predict demand within ±5%, enabling a strategic inventory buffer/ safety of 90 days.
  • Leaded weekly S & OP meetings, gained consensus across sales, supply chain and finance team with accuracy rates over 90%
  • Streamline replenishment & procurement strategies, improved on time delivery performance

2.SOURCING

  • Planning & Purchase of RM/PM / API based on requirements.
  • Vendor follow up for RM/PM / FG delivery on given stipulated for smooth operations.
  • Import of API/Excipients
  • Export of Finished products

3. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • RM/PM / FG Inventory Management, nearby stock expiry liquidation

Ideal Incumbent:

  • Expert in PPC of contract manufacturing/LL's ,TP's sites.Planning & Purchase of RM , PM , API, Resource utilization, vendor management.Exposure to SAP.
  • Awareness of Purchasing KPIs.
  • Exposure to SAP.

Remuneration: 15LPA
