About the Role: We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who specializes in social media post design for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone with a killer portfolio of impactful, brand-aligned social media creatives and a deep understanding of visual trends and storytelling. What You'll Do: - Design eye-catching and scroll-stopping posts, carousels, and stories for IG, FB, and LinkedIn - Adapt visuals to suit platform-specific best practices and audience preferences - Maintain brand consistency across all designs - Collaborate with the marketing team to turn ideas into engaging visuals - Deliver creatives within tight deadlines while maintaining quality Who You Are: - Based in Kerala - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and having experience in Premiere pro or After Effects is an advantage - A portfolio that speaks volumes-strong social media post designs are a must - Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and platform trends - Highly creative, self-motivated, and detail-driven How Do We Hire: We don't care about degrees-we care about skills.
