Job Purpose

To design and develop women's apparel graphics and visual concepts that reflect current fashion trends, brand identity, and customer preferences—while supporting design, merchandising, and production teams in creating commercially strong and visually appealing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research global and local fashion trends, print directions, color stories, and motifs specific to women's wear graphics.
  • Create mood boards, concept boards, sketches, and digital illustrations for seasonal collections.
  • Design placement prints, all-over prints, embroidery artwork, and branding elements for various categories (casual, officewear, ethnic, fusion, evening wear, etc.).
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork files, including specifications, colorways, and print separations.
  • Coordinate with sampling and production teams to develop prototypes and finalize artwork.
  • Select suitable fabrics, trims, print techniques, and embellishments to complement the designs.
  • Modify designs based on fit trials, client feedback, and market requirements.
  • Ensure all graphics align with brand identity, quality standards, and commercial feasibility.
  • Collaborate with merchandisers, pattern makers, and sourcing teams for smooth production workflows.
  • Assist in creating look-books, catalogs, and visual presentations.
  • Stay updated with fashion trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative print/graphic techniques.
  • Social media handling and creative posting.
  • Photography and videography.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design / Graphic Design(NIFT, Pearl, JD, INIFD, or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong illustration skills—manual and/or digital
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CLO 3D (optional)
  • Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, color theory, and print techniques
  • Trend forecasting and color story development abilities
  • Creativity combined with strong commercial understanding

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience
