Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhagalpur for a Development Manager. The Development Manager is responsible for building and managing a network of agents, driving sales growth, ensuring the achievement of business targets, and fostering a strong customer-centric approach. The role includes training and mentoring agents, ensuring compliance with company policies, and monitoring market trends to adapt strategies effectively. The Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive sustainable business growth. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, business development, and team management - Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Understanding of the life insurance industry and market trends - Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for operations and reporting - Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively - Commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction and ethical business practices - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
