Job Description Brand: Sotrue Location: Sector 6, Noida (In-Office) Role: Creative Lead-Strategy and Design About us Sotrue is India’s first glow-first beauty brand, reimagining glow not just as a finish, but as a feeling. We create effortless, everyday skincare–makeup hybrids made for Indian skin tones, climates, and lifestyles. Built for the women of Bharat who want glow they can trust, we combine high-performance formulas, inclusive shades, and relatable storytelling to make beauty simple, aspirational, and accessible. With a strong presence across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce, Sotrue is scaling rapidly — on track to achieve ₹100 Cr ARR by 2026. Our leadership team comprises seasoned professionals from Bain & Co. and KPMG. Role Overview We’re looking for a Creative Lead – Strategy & Design to define how Sotrue shows up visually and strategically across all touchpoints. You’ll shape brand identity, craft creative narratives, and align visual storytelling with business, product, and marketing goals — while leading a high-performing design team. Key Responsibilities Brand & Creative Strategy - Build and own the creative strategy across brand, packaging, campaigns, and content. - Translate business objectives, product insights, and consumer behavior into strategic creative directions. - Develop long-term visual frameworks and content systems that scale across platforms. - Ensure cohesive storytelling across D2C, marketplaces, influencers, and quick commerce. Design Leadership - Lead and evolve Sotrue’s visual identity across digital, print, retail, and social. - Oversee packaging design from concept to execution for new launches. - Direct photoshoots, videos, and creative campaigns with a strategy-first approach. Team & Collaboration - Manage and mentor designers, editors, and 3D visualizers. - Partner with marketing, growth, and product teams to turn insights into high-impact creative work. - Maintain high aesthetic standards, timelines, and cross-team alignment. Qualifications - 5+ years in branding, packaging, or creative direction. - Strong brand-thinking, visual strategy, and narrative skills. - Experience with beauty/lifestyle brands is a major plus. - Expertise in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.). - Excellent communication, leadership, and execution discipline.
