The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in MERN stack development, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in architectonic scalable web applications. This role requires hands-on coding, team mentorship, and end-to-end project ownership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB - Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using microservices architecture - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features - Guide and mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure coding standards are met - Manage version control and development workflows using Git and Azure DevOps - Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments - Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB to design efficient data structures - Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications - Ensure best practices in Agile/Scrum environments, actively participating in sprints and planning sessions - Troubleshoot issues across the stack and resolve performance bottlenecks Required Skills & Experience: - Strong experience with the MERN stack: React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB - Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript - Experience with PostgreSQL and working knowledge of relational databases - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable application design - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git workflows, and CI/CD practices - Experience with Docker and container-based deployments - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
