This role demands strong technical expertise in full-stack development along with exceptional leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of talented engineers.What Youll Do :Technical Leadership :- Lead and mentor a team of developers.- Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.Development :- Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable full-stack solutions.- Work with Angular (various versions), Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, MVC.- Build microservices and integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and databases (MSSQL, MySQL, RDBMS).- Hands-on with IDEs (IntelliJ, NetBeans, etc.) and testing tools Management & Delivery :- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.- Manage sprints and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Quality & Continuous Improvement :- Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive innovation within the team.Qualifications :- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.- 9+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development.- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).- Proven experience leading teams in an agile environment.
