Job Description Hiring for Mortgage Analyst / Sr Analyst. Location-Pune. Salary up-to 7.50LPA. Knowledge/Experience:- >Reviews forms, disclosures, and other documents to validate information and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations >Tracks compliance questions and requirements >Closely work with underwriters for Various denial reasons and Denial codes >Communicates with loan officers/area managers/team members to provide direction and guidance on applicable regulations. >Knowledge of two federal laws the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), as implemented by Regulation B, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) >Disclosure requirements under the FCRA mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act) >Take action on the application and notify the applicant according to Regulation B's standard notice requirements >Validates the denial codes are Accuracy of the codes >Knowledge of underwriting policies and guidelines. Competencies/Skills: Good Analytical, judgment, logic and reasoning skills Being Flexible for working in Multiple Shifts Good communication skills Qualification and Experience :- Graduates Degree or Above.
