Role Overview As a Management Trainee - Project Sales you will be part of a focused leadership development program designed to give you real exposure to B2B sales in the interior and infrastructure industry The role involves managing institutional clients building relationships with architects interior designers and contractors and driving business growth through project-based sales Key Responsibilities - Identifying and developing business opportunities in project sales - Build strong relationships with architects interior designers builders and corporate clients - Conduct client meetings site visits and product demos to support sales closures - Collaborate with internal teams for product availability customization and timely delivery - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress through CRM tools - Support the regional sales team in lead generation presentations and negotiations - Track competitor activity industry trends and contribute to market intelligence - Ensure monthly quarterly targets are met through consistent effort and relationship building Who Can Apply - MBA PGDM students from Batch 2023 2024 - preferably with specialization in Sales Marketing or General Management from top Bschools- Strong interest in project-based and institutional sales- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Willingness to travel within and outside Mumbai for client meetings and project coordination- Passion for interior products infrastructure or real estate industries- High energy self-motivated and goal-driven attitude ref updazz com
