Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will manage sales operations, develop sales strategies, build client relationships, and oversee the sales team. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, conducting market research, providing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands active client interaction, team leadership, and consistent achievement of sales goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and team leadership
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Target orinated job
- Travel invovked in this job within city around 50-60 kms everyday

Fixed Salary + Incentives + Bonus

CTC will be around 5-6 Lakhs (inculding 30% of Perfomance link incetives)
