- Design and build agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and execution. - Develop and optimize AI/ML models using Python and modern AI frameworks. - Integrate LLMs, generative AI models, and reinforcement learning agents into production-grade systems. - Architect scalable, modular, and secure solutions for AI-driven applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Managers) to deliver end-to-end AI solutions. - Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in autonomous agents, generative AI, and ML engineering. - Ensure AI systems meet compliance, performance, and security standards. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering. - Strong proficiency in Python and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). - Proven experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.G., LangChain, AutoGPT, crewAI, or similar). - Solid background in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI (LLMs, foundation models). - Experience in developing APIs, microservices, and productionizing AI models. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in agile environments.
