The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads reaching out to potential customers over the phone and achieving assigned sales targets The role requires excellent communication skills product knowledge and a customer-oriented approach to promote the company s products or services effectively Key Responsibilities Sales Lead Generation Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services Identify sales opportunities through cold calls database management and lead follow-ups Explain product features benefits and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding company offerings Handle customer queries objections and complaints in a professional manner Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Data Management Reporting Update customer records call logs and lead information in the CRM system Maintain detailed records of calls sales and customer interactions Prepare and submit daily weekly monthly sales reports to management Team Coordination Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams for coordinated lead management Participate in regular training sessions meetings and performance reviews Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and customer experience Key Skills Competencies Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills Good listening and interpersonal abilities Confidence self-motivation and target-driven attitude Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree or diploma in Sales Marketing Business Administration or a related field 1-3 years of experience in telesales telemarketing or customer service Fluency in English and regional languages will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
