The Opportunity

You'll gain a deep understanding of our product, market, and customers—learning how to build and manage a strong sales pipeline, conduct high-quality discovery calls, and qualify leads effectively.
What You'll Do
Identify & Qualify Leads – Prospect and engage with businesses that fit the ICP in North America.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing – Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to develop and execute outbound campaigns.
Master Sales Tech & Tools – Utilize platforms like HubSpot, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective outreach and pipeline management.
Engage Decision-Makers – Interact with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders via email, phone, and LinkedIn, setting up introductory meetings for the Sales team.
Maintain CRM Accuracy – Ensure all prospect interactions and pipeline activities are recorded in HubSpot for effective lead management.
Achieve Targets – Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for opportunities generated.
Invest in Your Growth – Continuously develop your sales and product knowledge, preparing for the next step in your career.
What You Bring to the Table
Proven Track Record – A self-motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in exceeding sales or performance goals.
Excellent Communication – Strong written and verbal skills to effectively engage with decision-makers.
Time Management & Adaptability – Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for Sales & Growth – Desire to learn, grow, and succeed.

Background in the B2B SaaS industry.
