Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Italian Chef - Event position located in Ahmedabad. The Italian Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing Italian cuisine for events, ensuring high-quality food presentation, adhering to health and safety standards, and managing food inventory. The Italian Chef will also coordinate with event staff, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Italian cuisine, including traditional recipes and contemporary dishes
- Experience in planning and executing menus for events
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with event staff
- Flexibility to work part-time and adapt to varying event schedules
- Culinary degree or certification in Italian cuisine is a plus
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or event catering is beneficial
