Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Execute marketing automation and CRM campaigns using Eloqua, Salesforce, and Adobe Suite. - Optimize customer journeys to enhance personalized digital experiences. - Utilize Power BI and Adobe Analytics for performance tracking and segmentation. - Develop and refine email workflows, A/B testing strategies, and nurture sequences. - Conduct advertising budget simulations and optimize paid media performance. - Manage and integrate marketing technology solutions to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with digital marketing and data science teams to support omnichannel strategies. Requirements: - 3-5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing technology (preferably in healthcare or life sciences). - Proficiency in Eloqua, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, CDPs, and data visualization tools. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Preferred experience in AI-driven marketing, predictive analytics, and basic HTML/CSS for email and landing page optimization. Additional Details: - Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable based on performance).
